D2C Service Instructions & Outline

1. Service Overview

Our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) service provides complete fulfilment for your Bandcamp and direct sales, including packing, materials, and shipment coordination.

Base Cost: €125
Includes: Labour, packing, and materials for up to 50 units
Additional Costs: €1 surcharge per box above 50 units
Excludes: Shipping fees (billed separately based on UPS’s best available tiers)

2. Setup & Onboarding

To begin, please provide your invoicing details so we can set you up in our system.

Once the initial invoice is paid:

  1. You will receive access to a shared Google Drive folder.

  2. Inside, you can fill in your incoming Bandcamp order details.

  3. We will update the document with:

    • Completed shipments

    • Tracking numbers

    • Order status updates (“Done”)

3. Shipping Requirements

  • shipping tariffs of your bandcamp must match to the tariffs of zwart goud (ask for our rates)

  • A minimum of 50 records must be shipped to our D2C location/shop:
    Geldersekade 89s, 1011 EL Amsterdam

  • We handle fulfilment and dispatch within the same week your orders are submitted.

4. Billing & Payments

  • After each fulfilment round, an invoice for shipping costs will be sent.

  • Shipping invoices to us must be paid within the same week.
